Additional LDA Services - More Info

In addition to my core services in family cpurt documents, property transfers, business formation, and landlord-tenant matters, I also offer a range of other document preparation services to support clients with more specialized or administrative needs. As a registered Document Assistant (LDA) and commissioned Notary Public in Riverside County, I provide accurate, affordable, and court-ready paperwork—always based on your direction.

Declarations and Cease and Desist Letters

One of the additional areas I support involves preparing formal declarations and written statements for clients representing themselves in court. If you’re submitting evidence or presenting your side of a matter, I can help format and organize your declaration clearly and professionally. I also assist with drafting cease and desist letters when you need to formally address a dispute or request that certain actions stop. These letters are prepared based on your direction and can be useful for both personal and business-related issues.

General Contracts and Agreements

Clients also turn to me for help preparing general contracts or agreements, such as loan repayment terms between private parties, personal service agreements, or informal leases. These are typically based on standard templates and tailored to your needs using the information you provide. I ensure that your document is clearly formatted and ready for use, helping you avoid costly misunderstandings.

Pro Per (Self-Representation) Support

In situations where clients plan to represent themselves in court (also known as pro per or in pro per), I help prepare and organize the paperwork needed for filing and presenting your side. This includes formatting exhibits, compiling timelines, or putting together written summaries that you’ll present to the judge. While I cannot represent you or speak on your behalf in court, I can make sure your documentation is organized and professionally prepared.

Court Filing and Delivery Services

I also offer court filing and delivery services within Riverside County for those who are unable to file documents themselves. Whether it's submitting paperwork to the clerk or ensuring that notarized documents are recorded locally, I help you complete the final steps of the filing process without unnecessary delays.

Notarization Services

As a Notary Public, I provide notarization services for documents requiring official witness and verification. Whether it’s a declaration, agreement, or affidavit, I can notarize your paperwork as part of the overall preparation process or as a standalone service when needed.

Research and Public Legal Information

Under California regulations, I may also assist clients by providing publicly available general information created by experts, courts, or government agencies. This includes form instructions, procedural guides, and government-authored publications relevant to your document needs. Additionally, I can locate and share these publicly available materials when needed. While I cannot interpret findings or provide advice, I can help you access helpful, credible sources so that you feel informed and better equipped to make decisions about your paperwork.

If you’re unsure whether your paperwork qualifies for LDA support, I’m happy to answer questions about what services I can offer. My approach is always clear, respectful, and focused on making legal paperwork feel manageable. I offer flat-fee pricing and fast turnaround times, so you can move forward without unnecessary stress. Let's cross some items off your list! Call, text or email me to get started.
